With the relatively low-cost of entry into the photography profession, thousands are picking up DSLRs and calling themselves professional photographers. Many do not even have the basic indemnification insurance, subscribe to any professional photography organizations, nor do they have any formal training.


That being said...


I am pleased to announce that Liz, who is a member of PPA and does have formal training, is also a recognized candidate for the Certified Professional Photographer's credential! 


The credentials are awarded by the Professional Photographic Certification Commission and they follow the same standards established by the Institute of Credentialing Excellence. A CPP at the end of a Photographer title is the equivalent of a CPA on an accountant title. It is a three step process to earn the CPP credential of which she has completed the first. Now she will be studying for comprehensive exam that includes but isn't limited to knowledge of composition, design, lenses, metering, lighting, exposure, and post production and preparing a portfolio to submit to the commission for review.


Out of all the so called professional photographers in the world, approximately only 1800 hold that actual title of CPP. That means that about 8% of "professional photographers" have gone to the trouble of actually certifying their ability and committing to adhere to higher standard of work and ethics! That percentage drops every year with all the newly declared "professional photographers".

Well, couldn't any day be a great day for a boudoir session? Book your individual Boudoir Session or plan a Girls Night Out Pin-Up Party with MakingMemories Photography today!

Spend an afternoon or evening with your besties getting glamoured, having a party, & feeling like a supermodel. It’s a unique, high quality, classy never trashy, affordable experience for women of all shapes, sizes, & age. We will find everyones boudoirette and have fun doing it. 


Each boudoirette receives a mini-shoot in one to three production scenes and or changes of outfits. Parties last approx. 2 to 5 hrs and are designed for 4 to 9 women per party. Your investment is $99 per person with the exception of the hostess. The hostess or guest of honor (bride to be, birthday girl, etc.) receives their session for free & earns portrait art credits for their own package based on investments made by the other boudoirettes. Every bourdoirette receives a $20 portrait art credit to apply towards a Premier, Glamor, or Starlet boudoir package or custom package purchase. MakingMemories Photography has a variety of accessories to compliment your boudoir wardrobe choices. We also provide a hair & makeup stylist, and boudoir sceneries in your home or party’s location.
